01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the RapidBox website and to any design, prototyping, sampling or cutting services you order from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

02Quotes and orders

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing.
• Prices exclude GST and delivery unless the quote says otherwise.

03Samples and approvals

Samples are made to help you evaluate a design. Once you approve a sample or specification, that approval is the reference for any later work.

Each order includes up to two rounds of revisions. Further rounds, or changes to the brief after work has started, are quoted and charged separately before we begin them.

04Your files and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the designs, artwork and files you provide. You confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them only to complete your order.

New structural designs and dielines that RapidBox creates for your project become yours once the order is paid in full. Until then they remain RapidBox's property. We may keep a copy for our records, and will not show your work publicly without your permission.

05Confidentiality

We treat your files and product information as confidential and can sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

06Payment

• Payment terms: 50% advance to confirm the order, balance before dispatch or collection. Approved business accounts may be offered credit terms in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) and UPI.
• Late payments may pause work on open orders.

07Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and depend on file readiness, materials and approvals. Finished samples can be collected from our studio or sent by courier anywhere in India; courier charges are added to the invoice. Risk passes to you once the goods are handed to you or to the courier.

08Limitation of liability

Samples and prototypes are made to help you evaluate a design, not as final production parts. We are not responsible for results in mass production made by other suppliers, or for losses that arise from decisions made using a sample.

If something we make is faulty, we will remake it or refund the amount paid for that item. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or delays to your launch.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
